Since 2021, the property management industry experienced a transformation like never before. The pandemic brought remote working to the forefront, opening doors for many talented parents to re-enter the workforce earlier, or to balance careers with busy family lives. It proved that skilled Property Managers could perform at the highest level, all from the comfort of their own homes.
Seeing this shift, our founder, Natasha, who began her real state journey in 2010 asked a simple question: If property management can be done remotely, why can’t business development be too? Why not find and onboard properties from home?
This vision gave birth to a new way of working — the remote BDM model. After successfully proving this, and helping agencies grow their rent rolls from the ground up, Natasha dedicated herself to creating MyBDM.
