Seeing this shift, our founder, Natasha, who began her real state journey in 2010 asked a simple question: If property management can be done remotely, why can’t business development be too? Why not find and onboard properties from home?
This vision gave birth to a new way of working — the remote BDM model. After successfully proving this, and helping agencies grow their rent rolls from the ground up, Natasha dedicated herself to creating MyBDM.

We offer two flexible lead generation campaigns designed to suit different business needs and growth goals.
$80 for 30 leads
$170 per week for 60 leads
Our pricing and campaign structure reflects the level of work involved in managing each campaign, as well as differences in demand and competition across suburbs. This ensures fair delivery, consistent quality, and optimal results for every client.


The Client acknowledges that MYBDM provides lead generation and business development services within the property management industry, where target markets (including landlords, property owners, and investors) are commonly shared across multiple agencies and service providers.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, all leads, contacts, and prospect information supplied by MYBDM are provided on a non-exclusive basis. MYBDM does not warrant or guarantee that any lead or contact has not been, or will not be, approached by third parties, including other MYBDM clients.
MYBDM implements reasonable systems and processes intended to reduce duplication of leads; however, duplication may occur due to the nature of the market and external third-party activity. The Client accepts responsibility for verifying lead status prior to engagement or conversion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYBDM excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim, or expense (whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with:
Duplicate or prior contact with any lead or prospect;
Reliance on lead data supplied; or
Outcomes resulting from client engagement with leads.
Nothing in this clause excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
